Ingredients

  • 1 - eggplant
  • 10 - button mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup - green peas
  • 2 - onions
  • 2 inch piece - ginger
  • 6 - garlic flakes
  • 2 -tomato
  • Oil - 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
  • Red chilli powder - 1/4 tsp

How to Make Quick Baingan Ka Bharta

  • Roast the eggplant in an oven. Peel off the skin and churn it in a blender.
  • In a kadhai heat oil. Fry onions till golden, add ginger and garlic paste to it.
  • Saute for some time then add the mushroom and green peas. Add salt, chilli powder, garam masala and tomato.
  • Cook for 4 minutes and then add the roasted eggplant and cook for another 3 mins.
  • Serve.
