How to Make Quick Baked Potatoes

  • Bake the potatoes in microwave oven till soft - about 5 mins.
  • Fry the onions until they are brown and caramelised.
  • When they are done, scoop out the flesh of the potato and place in a bowl.
  • Mash and fold in the browned onions, milk and butter.
  • Spoon this mixture back into the potato and form the original shape of the potato.
  • Make grooves on the top of the mixture with a fork, sprinkle a little of the grated cheese and grill it until the ridges turn golden brown.
  • Serve.
