Ingredients

  • 200 gm - bread
  • 1/2 litre - Milk
  • 200 gm - Milk maid
  • 10 gm - Badam
  • 10 gm - Cashew nuts
  • 4 - coriander
  • 1 tsp - rose essence

How to Make Quick Basanthi

  • Remove the crust and soak the bread in milk and mash it well.
  • Mix with the milkmaid and stir it well.
  • Filter in through a sieve with large holes.
  • Transfer it into a sauce pan and allow it to boil once
  • Add the cardamom and the essence.
  • Switch off the stove.
  • Add badam and cashew nuts and keep it in the fridge.
