Ingredients

  • 100 g - puffed Rice (laiya)
  • 1 - finely chopped Onion
  • 1 - finely chopped Tomato
  • 2 - chopped Green chillies
  • 1 - boiled Potato
  • 1-2 tsp - vegetable oil for Potato frying
  • Fine gram flour sev
  • Chat masala
  • Coriander chutney
  • Sweet chutney
  • Garam Masala
  • Coriander powder
  • Red Chilli powder
  • Amchur powder
  • Jeera for Potatoes
  • Chopped Coriander leaves
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Quick Bhel Puri:

    1. Pre Preparation:
    2. Boil potatoes and mash it.
    3. Heat oil in pan and add jeera in it.
    4. Fry it and then add boiled potatoes, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and amchur powder.
    5. Mix it very well and keep it aside.
    6. Finely chop onions, tomatoes, coriander leaves and green chillies.
    7. Preparation:
    8. Take a large bowl and put puffed rice.
    9. Add sev, chopped onion, tomatoes and green chillies.
    10. Add green chutney and sweet chutney.
    11. Mix it very well.
    12. Add some chat masala and lemon juice.
    13. Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves before serving.
