  • 250 g - Bitter gourd
  • 4 tsp - Chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • Turmeric - 1tsp
  • Buttermilk- 2 cups
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste.
  • How to Make Quick Bitter Gourd Curry:

    1. Wash the bitter gourd, gently scrape of the skin and slit them on the top.
    2. Then boil them in butter milk with a little salt and turmeric powder until tender.
    3. Drain out the water.
    4. Mix chilli powder, salt, jeera and little oil into a paste.
    5. Stuff the paste into the slit bitter gourd.
    6. Heat 3 or 4 tsp of oil in a pan and fry the bitter gourd until brown.
