  • Bread - 10 slices
  • Potatoes - 1/4 kg
  • Carrot, Beans, Peas, Beet Root - 1/4kg
  • Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
  • Cheese - 2 tbsp
  • Bread Crumbs - 1/2 cup
  • Cornflour - 4 tbsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Chilli Powder - 1 tsp

How to Make Quick Bread Cutlets

  • Cook potatoes and other vegetables and finely mash it without adding any water.
  • Add garam masala, cheese, 2 tsp cornflour, salt, 1/4 cup bread crumbs and chilli powder.
  • Take the bread slices, remove the corners and add this to the mashed potatoes and vegetable mix.
  • Then make a dough with all the ingredients.
  • Take small balls and make it into cutlets of different shapes.
  • Make a thin batter with the remaining cornflour and some water. Dip cutlets in it and roll in bread crumbs.
  • Deep fry in oil. Drain and serve hot with tomato sauce.
