Ingredients

  • 4 slices - Plain Bread
  • 2 tbsp - Green chutney
  • 4 tbsp - Plain Curd (yogurt or dahi)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp - Mustard Seeds
  • 3 tbsp - Oil
  • 2 tbsp - Dry Coconut
  • Coriander Leaves, finely chopped

How to Make Quick Bread Dhokla

  • Take a bowl and mix the curd, pinch of salt and pepper.
  • Meanwhile fry the mustard seeds in oil and keep aside.
  • Now take 2 slices of bread. On one spread the green chutney and on the other spread the curd prepared.
  • Now combine the 2 slices and cut them into small square shapes.
  • On each cut piece spread some fried mustard seeds, garnish further with dried coconut and coriander leaves.
