Ingredients

  • 4 slices - Plain Bread
  • 2 tbsp - Green chutney
  • 4 tbsp - Plain Curd (yogurt or dahi)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp - Mustard Seeds
  • 3 tbsp - Oil
  • 2 tbsp - Dry Coconut
  • Coriander Leaves, finely chopped
  • How to Make Quick Bread Dhokla:

    1. Take a bowl and mix the curd, pinch of salt and pepper.
    2. Meanwhile fry the mustard seeds in oil and keep aside.
    3. Now take 2 slices of bread. On one spread the green chutney and on the other spread the curd prepared.
    4. Now combine the 2 slices and cut them into small square shapes.
    5. On each cut piece spread some fried mustard seeds, garnish further with dried coconut and coriander leaves.
