How to Make Quick Bread Masala Toast

  • Boil the potatoes in a pressure cooker. When cool, keep aside. Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add the curry leaves. Stir.
  • Now add the finely chopped onions and green chillies and saute well.
  • When the onion becomes brown in colour, add turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt.
  • Add the masala powder and saute well.
  • Add the tomatoes and saute till the oil separates.
  • Add the mashed potatoes into this and saute.
  • Sprinkle some water to make the paste loose.
  • Now add coriander leaves and put off the fire.
  • Take the bread slices and toast it lightly in a toaster or a pan.
  • Take the toasted slice.
  • Spread the masala evenly on the bread slice.
  • Cover with another slice and seal the sides.
