  • Bread - 6 thick slices
  • Grated mozzarella cheese - 6 tbsp
  • Pasta sauce (tomato) - 6 tbsp
  • Chopped Coriander leaves - for garnishing

How to Make Quick Bread Pizza

  • Take each slice of bread, spread 1 tbsp. of pasta sauce and sprinkle 1 tbsp. of grated mozzarella and garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Prepare all the slices of bread and place on a baking tray and bake till the cheese melts.
  • Serve hot.
