Ingredients

  • 2 cups - cooked Rice
  • 1 - Onion (cut lengthwise)
  • 2 cups - Cabbage (shredded)
  • 1 - Carrot
  • 1 cup - Capsicum (thinly sliced)
  • 1 tbsp - Ginger (finely minced)
  • 5 - Garlic Cloves (finely minced)
  • 1 bunch - Spring onions (finely chopped)
  • 1 cup - boneless Chicken (fully cooked and shredded)
  • 2 tsp - soy sauce
  • 1 tsp - Green chilli sauce
  • 1/2 tsp - white pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp - black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • 5 tbsp - oil
  • How to Make Quick Cabbage Capsicum Rice:

    1. Heat the oil in a large pan, stir fry on high flame all the vegetables except the spring onions along with ginger and garlic with little salt.
    2. Once the vegetables turn slightly tender, add the cooked rice, shredded chicken, black pepper powder, white pepper powder, soya sauce, chilli sauce, spring onions and mix well to combine.
    3. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes and turn off the stove.
