Ingredients

  • 2 cups - cooked Rice
  • 1 - Onion (cut lengthwise)
  • 2 cups - Cabbage (shredded)
  • 1 - Carrot
  • 1 cup - Capsicum (thinly sliced)
  • 1 tbsp - Ginger (finely minced)
  • 5 - Garlic Cloves (finely minced)
  • 1 bunch - Spring onions (finely chopped)
  • 1 cup - boneless Chicken (fully cooked and shredded)
  • 2 tsp - soy sauce
  • 1 tsp - Green chilli sauce
  • 1/2 tsp - white pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp - black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • 5 tbsp - oil

How to Make Quick Cabbage Capsicum Rice

  • Heat the oil in a large pan, stir fry on high flame all the vegetables except the spring onions along with ginger and garlic with little salt.
  • Once the vegetables turn slightly tender, add the cooked rice, shredded chicken, black pepper powder, white pepper powder, soya sauce, chilli sauce, spring onions and mix well to combine.
  • Cook for 3 to 4 minutes and turn off the stove.
