Ingredients

  • 1 cup Maida
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 3/4 cups white Butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 2 tbsp chocolate (break into pieces)

How to Make Quick Cake

  • Sieve maida and baking powder.
  • Put eggs, butter, sugar into the mixer and mix all the ingredients together till a custard-like consistency is reached.
  • Take the mixture out in a bowl and fold the flour, alternatively with the broken choco pieces.
  • Bake at 200 degree C for 20-30 minutes till done.
