  • 2 Carrots
  • 1 cup Curd
  • 3 tbsp roasted peanuts, crushed
  • 1 tbsp Green chilli
  • 4 to 5 Curry leaves
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander to garnish
  • How to Make Quick Carrot Salad:

    1. Peel the carrot and grate it.
    2. Take a sauce pan. Add oil, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, chillies and let them splutter.
    3. Then add the carrot and the crushed peanuts.
    4. Saute it for some time.
    5. Take it out in a bowl and add the curd, salt and sugar.
    6. Mix well and garnish with coriander.
