Ingredients

  • 2 carrots
  • 1 cup curd
  • 3 tbsp roasted peanuts, crushed
  • 1 tbsp green chilli
  • 4 to 5 curry leaves
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander to garnish

How to Make Quick Carrot Salad

  • Peel the carrot and grate it.
  • Take a sauce pan. Add oil, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, chillies and let them splutter.
  • Then add the carrot and the crushed peanuts.
  • Saute it for some time.
  • Take it out in a bowl and add the curd, salt and sugar.
  • Mix well and garnish with coriander.
