  • 200g - chicken (boneless, if not, cut chicken to medium/small pieces)
  • 1 - capsicum (green)
  • 1 - orange/red capsicum (optional)
  • 2 medium sized - onions
  • 1 big - carrot (baby carrots optional)
  • 4-5 pieces - mushroom (optional)

How to Make Quick chicken stir fry

  • Marinate the chicken with salt, garlic, ginger and vinegar for 5 - 10 mins.
  • Cut the vegetables to small pieces.
  • Now in a pan, add 1 tsp of oil and heat it, Add chicken and 3-4 tsps of soya sauce and cover and cook it for ten minutes.
  • Gently fry the vegetables in another pan for 2- 3 mins.
  • Add salt, a bit of vinegar and soya sauce.
  • After 10 mins, toss the vegetables in the pan which has the chicken and mix it.
  • Add chilly sauce to make it hot (optional).
  • If thick gravy is required, add 3-4 tsp of water and sprinkle cornflour.
