  • Heat oil, add hing, crushed mustard.
  • Add green chillies, turmeric powder and salt.
  • Stir for a minute.
  • Cover and keep for 2 minutes more.
  • Add lemon juice, mix well.
  • Remove from fire.
  • Let it cool and pickle is ready.
