Ingredients

  • plain cooking chocolate - 100 gm
  • plain khova - 200 gm
  • icing sugar - 150 to 200 gm
  • walnuts - ½ cup, finely chopped

How to Make Quick Choco-Nut Balls

  • Chop the chocolate and place in a bowl.
  • Take a vessel of hot water and cover it with a plate.
  • Place the bowl with chocolate on it.
  • The chocolate will melt slowly.
  • (This is safer than melting it in water bath as any contact with water or steam will cause the chocolate to seize and loose its smoothness.)
  • When the chocolate has become very soft, stir it well and add to the khova.
  • Add enough icing sugar to form a stiff paste.
  • Mix in the walnuts.
  • Shape into marble size balls.
  • Store in refrigerator up to a week.
