Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Corn rava
  • 4 tsp - Rice flour
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • How to Make Quick Corn Dosa:

    1. Corn rava and rice flour mix well with water. Add water to dosa consistency. Let it stay 2-3 hours.
    2. Heat a pan on a medium flame.
    3. Take a big led full of batter of dosa and spread it on pan evenly making the edges a little thicker than inner edge.
    4. Spred a spoon of oil/ghee over the dosa.
    5. Serve hot with any chutney or pickle.
