How to Make Quick Dal Dosa

  • Soak all the dals for half an hour and then grind it.
  • After grinding, mix the flour and all the remaining ingredients.
  • Your batter is ready. Roast spoonfuls of the batter on a heated tava to make instant colourful dosa.
  • Enjoy with chutney or chutney podi or plain yogurt.
