Ingredients

  • 5 tbsp - Maida
  • 5 tbsp - Powdered Sugar
  • 2 tbsp - Cocoa powder
  • 1.5 - tsp baking powder
  • 1 Big pinch - baking soda
  • 4.5 tbsp - curd/yogurt
  • 2 tbsp - Milk
  • 3 tbsp - oil
  • 3 tbsp - nutella
  • For the chocolate sauce: 50 gm cooking chocolate
  • 1 tbsp - Milk powder
  • 1 tbsp - Milk
  • How to Make Quick dark chocolate cake:

    1. Sift together the baking powder, soda, flour, milk powder, sugar and cocoa.
    2. Add milk, curd/yogurt and oil to the dry mix and beat it well with a wooden spoon or wire whisk.
    3. Add nutella and mix well
    4. Pour into a microwave-safe container and heat it for 2.5 minutes.
    5. Check if it is fully cooked.
    6. Heat it for 30 sec more if required.
    7. It takes about 3 minutes.
    8. Let stand in the microwave oven for a minute and then remove.
    9. De mould when it cools down.
    10. Meanwhile, melt the cooking chocolate in a double boiler.
    11. Add milk powder and milk and mix well.
    12. Pour over cake and serve.
