Ingredients

  • 6 - eggs
  • 2 Onions - 1/2 kg
  • Tomatoes - 2 tsp
  • Chilli powder - 5 tsp
  • Oil - for frying
  • 1 inch piece - Ginger
  • 4 - Garlic Cloves
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Quick Egg Masala:

    1. Boil eggs and remove the shell
    2. Cut into halves
    3. Grind tomatoes and onion
    4. Heat oil and fry the paste
    5. Add ginger-garlic paste and simmer for 2 mins
    6. Add turmeric powder, salt and chilli powder
    7. Add 1/2 cup water and boil for 2-3 mins
    8. Add the egg pieces and keep on flame till the gravy thickens
