Ingredients

  • 500 g - bone less chicken
  • 1 cup - flour
  • 1 tsp - ground black pepper
  • 1 cup - breadcrumbs
  • 3 tbsp - soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp - chilli-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp - ginger

How to Make Quick Fried Chicken

  • Add the ingredients together and make a spicy sauce. Do not add salt. The salt in soya sauce and chilli sauce is enough.
  • Marinate the chicken pieces in this sauce for about 30 mins.
  • Heat enough oil in a frying pan, so that you can fry this chicken like pakora.
  • Chop some garlic cloves (large chunks) and put it in the hot oil.
  • Wait till garlic is golden brown in colour. It will give a lovely aroma to this fried chicken.
  • Let the garlic stay in the oil for the rest of the frying process.
  • Now, put the chicken in the flour/breadcrumb mixture.
  • Coat it evenly and fry it for about 6/7 minutes.
  • Take it out of oil and place it on a paper towel to drain the oil.
  • Serve with chilli garlic sauce.
