  • 500 g - bone less Chicken
  • 1 cup - flour
  • 1 tsp - ground black pepper
  • 1 cup - breadcrumbs
  • 3 tbsp - soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp - chilli-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp - Ginger
  • How to Make Quick Fried Chicken:

    1. Add the ingredients together and make a spicy sauce. Do not add salt. The salt in soya sauce and chilli sauce is enough.
    2. Marinate the chicken pieces in this sauce for about 30 mins.
    3. Heat enough oil in a frying pan, so that you can fry this chicken like pakora.
    4. Chop some garlic cloves (large chunks) and put it in the hot oil.
    5. Wait till garlic is golden brown in colour. It will give a lovely aroma to this fried chicken.
    6. Let the garlic stay in the oil for the rest of the frying process.
    7. Now, put the chicken in the flour/breadcrumb mixture.
    8. Coat it evenly and fry it for about 6/7 minutes.
    9. Take it out of oil and place it on a paper towel to drain the oil.
    10. Serve with chilli garlic sauce.
