Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - chicken
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • 2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - ginger garlic paste
  • Mix all these and half boil them (until water gets evaporated)
  • First masala:
  • 50 g - ginger
  • 25 g - garlic
  • 2 - green chillies
  • (Make a paste of these)
  • Second masala:
  • 2 - tomatoes
  • 1.5 tbsp - kaju powder
  • 150 g - onions (fried in oil)
  • 2 tbsp - dry coconut powder
  • 1/2 tsp - garam masala
  • 1 tsp - coriander powder
  • (Make paste of all these)

How to Make Quick Ginger Chicken

  • Put 3 tbsp of oil in a kadai, add first masala and fry for 2 minutes.
  • Then add second masala and fry for 2 minutes.
  • Then add half boiled chicken pieces, red tomato colour and fry for 5 minutes.
  • Then add 1 tsp soya sauce, 1 tsp vinegar, 1 tbsp tomato sauce, 1 tsp pepper powder, 2 bunches of coriander leaves and fry on low flame.
