Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - Chicken
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • 2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - Ginger Garlic paste
  • Mix all these and half boil them (until water gets evaporated)
  • First masala:
  • 50 g - Ginger
  • 25 g - Garlic
  • 2 - Green chillies
  • (Make a paste of these)
  • Second masala:
  • 2 - Tomatoes
  • 1.5 tbsp - Kaju powder
  • 150 g - Onions (fried in oil)
  • 2 tbsp - dry Coconut powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp - coriander powder
  • (Make paste of all these)
  • How to Make Quick Ginger Chicken:

    1. Put 3 tbsp of oil in a kadai, add first masala and fry for 2 minutes.
    2. Then add second masala and fry for 2 minutes.
    3. Then add half boiled chicken pieces, red tomato colour and fry for 5 minutes.
    4. Then add 1 tsp soya sauce, 1 tsp vinegar, 1 tbsp tomato sauce, 1 tsp pepper powder, 2 bunches of coriander leaves and fry on low flame.
