  • 11 tsp - milk powder
  • 1 tsp - baking powder
  • 10 tsps - ghee, to fry
  • 1 cup - sugar
  • 1 tsp - cardamom powder
  • A few strands of saffron, soaked in a little warm water

How to Make Quick Gulab Jamuns

  • Mix the milk powder with 1 tsp baking powder. Add 3 to 4 tsps of water to it and make a dough. The dough should be tight enough to make a ball.
  • Now in another vessel, make a sugar syrup - dissolve the sugar in some water, add cardamom powder and saffron, and cook till it turns into a syrup.
  • Now make small balls with the dough, fry in ghee and immerse in the sugar syrup.
