  • All purpose flour - 1 cup
  • Besan flour - 2 tsp
  • Curd - 1/2 cup
  • Sugar - 2 cup
  • Sodabi carbonate - 1 pinch
  • Saffron (kesar) - 1/2 tsp
  • Oil for frying
  • How to Make Quick Jalebi:

    1. Make sugar syrup with a cup of water and 2 cups of sugar and keep aside.
    2. Mix all purpose flour and besan and add curd, saffron, little water and finally soda.
    3. Take a big vessel, heat oil and pipe dough into it with a plastic bag.
    4. When they turn brown, remove from the kadai and put into the sugar syrup for a minute.
    5. Remove from the sugar syrup and serve.
