How to Make Quick Kadai Paneer

  • Heat oil in a kadai and fry coriander seeds.
  • Now add ginger and fry for 2 mins.
  • Add chopped onion, green chillies and fry till onion turns transparent.
  • Add the chopped tomatoes and salt.
  • Fry till tomatoes turn soft.
  • Now add all the powders - chilli, dhania, garam masala and turmeric.
  • Mix well.
  • Now add the cubed capsicum and fry for 1-2 mins.
  • See to it that the crunchiness and colour should not change.
  • Add the paneer cubes and kasoori methi and 1/2 cup water.
  • Mix well.
  • Cook till the masala coats paneer well.
  • Now garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with rice, naan or roti.
