  • 8 oz - Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 can - condensed Milk
  • 1/4 cup - chopped nuts
  • A pinch of Saffron
  • Cardamom powder to garnish
  • How to Make Quick Kalakand:

    1. Mix condensed milk and ricotta cheese and cook on medium heat, while stirring occasionally.
    2. Add some saffron and chopped nuts.
    3. Once it begins to thicken, stir constantly.
    4. When it is pretty thick, remove from heat and spread out on a flat plate to set.
    5. Garnish with cardamom powder and cut into pieces once cool.
