  • 8 oz - Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 can - condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup - chopped nuts
  • A pinch of saffron
  • Cardamom powder to garnish

How to Make Quick Kalakand

  • Mix condensed milk and ricotta cheese and cook on medium heat, while stirring occasionally.
  • Add some saffron and chopped nuts.
  • Once it begins to thicken, stir constantly.
  • When it is pretty thick, remove from heat and spread out on a flat plate to set.
  • Garnish with cardamom powder and cut into pieces once cool.
