Ingredients

  • 15 oz. - Ricotta cheese
  • 14 oz. - condensed Milk
  • 16 oz. - heavy Cream
  • 1/4 cup - ground nuts
  • 1 tbsp - elaichi powder
  • Saffron threads to taste

How to Make Quick Kulfi

  • Mix all above till smooth.
  • Pour in Kulfi containers or tall plastic glasses with lids and freeze till set.
