  • 1 basic ice cream
  • mango pulp made of two alphonso mangoes
  • 1/2 cup - cream

How to Make Quick Mango Ice Cream

  • Take the basic ice-cream, cut it into small pieces. Add cream.
  • Churn it gently with a hand blender till it is soft and fluffy.
  • Add the mango pulp and mix well.
  • Pour the contents into the container, cover with a cling film and close the lid.
  • Put to set in the freezer.
  • Serve chilled.
