How to Make Quick Methi Pulao

  • In a cooker, heat a little oil and add bay leaves, jeera and garam masala.
  • When it is slightly brown, add red chilli, salt and turmeric powder. Stir for a few seconds.
  • Then add kasuri methi and the rice.
  • Add water and cook rice till done.
  • Serve with raita.
