How to Make Quick Mooli Fry

  • Squeeze out moisture from mooli scrapings and keep aside.
  • Heat oil, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, fry, and when the seeds splutter add cumin, onion and green chillies.
  • Fry till the onions turn pink, add crushed garlic then add mooli, turmeric and salt.
  • Mix thoroughly and cook with the vessel covered for 3 mins.
  • If necessary sprinkle some water, mix and keep frying for another min till it is dry.
  • Sprinkle coriander leaves, serve.
