Ingredients

  • 2 cups - Button Mushrooms
  • 3 cups - Chicken stock
  • 2 sprigs - Spring onions, chopped finely
  • 1/2-inch - Ginger, chopped finely
  • 1/2 tsp - Black pepper
  • Salt to taste.

How to Make Quick Mushroom Soup

  • Wash the mushrooms and cut into slices.
  • Heat a pan and add the chicken stock.
  • Let it boil on high for 2-3 mins and then simmer for 15 mins.
  • Add the mushrooms, onions, ginger, salt and pepper.
  • Boil for another 10 mins on a slow flame.
  • Serve hot.
