How to Make Quick n Easy Aval Kesari

  • Soak the poha for 10 mins, wash and drain.
  • Soak saffron in 1/2 cup of milk and keep aside
  • Add a tsp ghee in a kadai and fry the cashew.
  • Add the poha to it and fry it for a minute.
  • Add sugar, cardamom and saffron to it and keep stirring on low flame.
  • Add the remaining ghee to it and serve.
