  • 100 g - Almonds (badam)
  • 1/2 litre - Milk
  • 150 g - Sugar
  • 1/2 litre - boiled and chilled Milk
  • How to Make Quick n Easy Badam Kheer:

    1. Soak almonds in hot water for an hour.
    2. Peel and grind it to form a smooth paste.
    3. Add 1/2 litre of milk and mix well. Add sugar to it.
    4. Boil the mixture till thick (very thick).
    5. Simmer it so that the mixture doesn't spill out and continue boiling till it becomes really thick.
    6. It should take around 30 minutes.
    7. Stir it, as it's boiling.
    8. Remove and cool it. Then, refrigerate it.
    9. Then, add chilled milk with the badam mixture and blend it for a while.
    10. Soak saffron in hot milk.
    11. Add it to the mixture and mix well.
    12. Also add rose water and badam essence for additional flavour.
