Ingredients

  • 2 - bread slices
  • 1/2 - finely chopped Onion
  • 1/2 - finely chopped Tomato
  • 1/2 - finely chopped Cucumber (carrots, Cauliflower -optional)
  • 1 to 2 - green chillies, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp - oil
  • 2 tbsp - Curd
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • 1/2 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Garam Masala
  • 1/2 tsp - pudina powder
  • 1/2 tsp - rai
  • finely chopped coriander leaves.

How to Make Quick n Easy Bread Dhokla

  • Hang the curd in a cotton cloth or tea chalni for about 15-20 minutes, so that the excess water drains out.
  • Then add all vegetables and masalas and mix well.
  • Spread the mixture on a bread slice and cover it with the other slice like a sandwich.
  • Heat the tava and pour 2 tbsp oil. Add rai to it.
  • When it starts to pop, place the breads on tava and fry from both sides.
  • Serve hot with green chutney.
