Ingredients

  • 1/4 tsp - baking powder
  • 140 g - maida
  • 250 g - dried nuts (soaked in water for 1 night)
  • 100 g - butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp - caramel
  • 100 g - sugar
  • 1/2 tsp - vanilla essence
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 tsp - lemon rind

How to Make Quick n Easy Fruit Cake

  • Beat eggs, butter and vanilla essence until fluffy.
  • Now add maida, sugar, salt, baking powder, lemon rind, lemon juice and mix well.
  • Finally add the dried nuts and milk.
  • In a greased tray, pour the mixture and bake in 350 degree celsius, till done.
  • Pour the caramel on top and serve chilled.
