How to Make Quick n Easy Masala Vada

  • Soak channa dal in water for an hour.
  • Grind it in mixer along with green chillies and ginger to a coarse consistency.
  • Cut onions and coriander into small pieces and add to the mixture along with salt.
  • Make into flat, circular vada shape and deep fry in oil.
