Ingredients

  • 1 full bunch - mint leaves
  • 3 flakes - garlic
  • 3-4- green chillies
  • 1/2 tsp - tamarind paste
  • 1.5 tsp -sugar
  • salt

How to Make Quick n Easy Mint Chutney

  • Wash and clean the mint leaves, then pluck from the soft stem.
  • Put leaves in the mixer and half grind it and then softly squeeze out the juice.
  • Again put these half-squeezed leaves in the mixer and add all the other remaining ingredients (add 1-2 tbsp of water if needed).
  • Grind till chutney turns smooth.
