  • Mutton -1 kg
  • Curd- 1 kg
  • Potatoes- 4-5 small sized
  • Oil
  • Red chilli powder- 2- tsp
  • Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste- 1tsp
  • Dried coconut- 100 g
  • Peanuts- 50 g
  • Khas khas- 3 tsp
  • Garam masala powder- 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander- 1 small bunch
  • Green chillies 5-7
  • Salt to taste.

How to Make Quick n Easy Mutton Curry

  • Slice the onions and fry until brown.
  • Now cut the potatoes in square shapes, fry them and keep aside.
  • In a cooker, add half the curd, fried onions, oil, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, haldi powder, salt and the mutton.
  • Pressure cook till the mutton is tender.
  • Now heat oil in a pan and add grated copra, peanuts, khas khas paste, red chilli powder, haldi powder, salt and ginger-garlic paste. Saute until the oil separates.
  • Add the remaining curd and cook till it reduces.
  • Now add fried potatoes to the cooked mutton and stir well.
  • Add coriander and the garam masala and simmer for 5 mins.
  • Serve hot.
