Ingredients

  • Prawns - 1/2 kg
  • Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • 1 tsp - pepper powder
  • Tomato ketchup - 2 tsp
  • Curd - 2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Garam Masala - 1/4 tsp
  • Coriander powder - 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Prawns tikka mix (optional)
  • Soya sauce - 1 tsp
  • Corn flour - 2 tbsp
  • 1 - small Lemon
  • Oil - 3 tbsp

How to Make Quick N Easy Prawns

  • Clean prawns. Add half lemon, salt to it and mix.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste and rest of ingredients except corn flour and keep it for a minimum of 10 minutes (if u have time u can keep it for 30 minutes).
  • Take a bowl and add corn flour.
  • Coat each prawn well with flour and deep fry till golden brown.
  • If you have extra masala left you can just fry it in a tsp of oil in a pan and add prawns to it and mix.
  • Serve hot.
