Ingredients

  • 6 - Small Brinjal
  • 4 - Red Chillies
  • 1 tbsp - Channa dal
  • 1tbps - Urad Dal
  • 1 tsp - Jeera seeds
  • 1tbps - Dhania seeds
  • 1 - medium Onion
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil
  • How to Make Quick n Easy Stuffed Brinjal:

    1. Fry red chillies, channa dal, urad dal, jeera and dhania seeds in small amount of oil. Keep aside.
    2. Cut the onions in large pieces.
    3. Grind all the above things with salt.
    4. Cut the brinjals at the top in the shape of plus sign.
    5. Stuff the above paste in to brinjal.
    6. Heat the oil in a deep fry pan, put the stuffed brinjal in oil and fry well. Serve with white rice.
