  • 1 hard boiled egg, peeled and finely chopped
  • 1 cup - mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Tomato ketchup
  • 3 green chillies, chopped finely
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped Onion

How to Make Quick n Easy Thousand Island Dressing

  • Mix all the ingredients well
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving
  • Shelf life can be 1 week Variations-
  • Can add 2 tbsp chopped stuffed olives
  • Can add 1/4 cup whipped cream for creamy dressing
  • Can add 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Can add 2 tbsp finely chopped celery
  • Can add 1/4 tsp crushed garlic and 1/4 tsp dry mustard
  • Can also add 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • Instead of tomato ketchup can add mild chilli sauce (then omit green chillies)
