  • Tomatoes - 2
  • Onion - 1, small
  • Red chilli - 3
  • Garlic - 1 flake
  • Hing - 1/2 tsp
  • Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • Oil - 2 tsp
  • Curry leaves - few
  • Salt - to taste

How to Make Quick n Easy Tomato Chutney (Grinded)

  • Grind together tomato, onion, garlic and red chilli to a fine paste. In a kadai, heat oil and add mustard seeds.
  • After they splutter, add curry leaves and hing.
  • Add the ground paste, salt and cook, till the oil comes out.
  • Serve hot with idli, dosa or can be applied on any kind of sandwich.
