How to Make Quick n Easy Turai ki chutney

  • In a thick vessel, heat oil, add chopped onions and saute for a while.
  • Add chopped turai and stir. Leave it to cook on low flame till soft.
  • Add sesame seeds, green chillies, garlic, tamarind and salt.
  • Mix well and cook for 5 mins. When soft, blend in a mixie.
  • Make a coarse paste and keep aside.
  • For tempering, heat oil in the same vessel, add mustard, cumin and urad dal.
  • When mustard splutters, add broken dry red chillies, asafoetida and curry leaves.
  • Add it to the chutney.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
