Ingredients

  • 1 - yellow onion
  • 1/2 clove - garlic
  • 3 to 4 - green thin chillies
  • 1 to 2 - tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup - milk
  • vegetable broth/water
  • 1/2 small piece - cinnamon
  • 2 to 3 - cloves
  • 1 - bay leaf
  • 2 to 3 - cardamom
  • 1/2 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp - tava masala
  • 1 bag - frozen cut okra
  • 15 to 20 - cashew nuts
  • olive oil
  • turmeric

How to Make Quick Okra Curry

  • Grind to a paste: Yellow onion, garlic, green thin chillies, tomatoes, milk should be ground into a fine paste.
  • Take a pan, add 2 spoons of olive oil, add cashew nut fry till light brown.
  • Add frozen cut okra and fry.
  • Add the grinded mixture and add turmeric, cumin powder, coriander powder and Tava masala Powder.
  • Cook till oil separates. Garnish with coriander.
