Ingredients

  • 1/4 kg - Potato
  • 5-6 - Green chillies
  • 1/4 tsp - Turmeric
  • Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves
  • For seasoning:
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • 1 tsp - Jeera
  • 1 tsp - Mustard Seeds
  • Hing - a pinch
  • Curry leaves
  • How to Make Quick Potato Curry:

    1. Boil and peel the potatoes and cut into desired shape. Finely chop the green chillies and coriander.
    2. Splutter mustard in oil and add jeera, hing and curry leaves.
    3. Then add green chillies, potatoes, turmeric, black pepper powder and salt to taste.
    4. Mix well and cook for 5 mins on medium flame. Garnish with coriander.
    5. Goes well with chapatti and puris.
