Ingredients

  • 1/4 kg - potato
  • 5-6 - green chillies
  • 1/4 tsp - turmeric
  • Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves
  • For seasoning:
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • 1 tsp - jeera
  • 1 tsp - mustard seeds
  • Hing - a pinch
  • Curry leaves

How to Make Quick Potato Curry

  • Boil and peel the potatoes and cut into desired shape. Finely chop the green chillies and coriander.
  • Splutter mustard in oil and add jeera, hing and curry leaves.
  • Then add green chillies, potatoes, turmeric, black pepper powder and salt to taste.
  • Mix well and cook for 5 mins on medium flame. Garnish with coriander.
  • Goes well with chapatti and puris.
