How to Make Quick Potato

  • Boil the cubed potatoes with salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder, and 1 tsp. of chicken masala till its soft but without breaking.
  • Crush the cloves, cinnamon, garlic and ginger together and fry it in oil till it sputters.
  • Next add the chopped onions and fry till it's golden brown. Then add coriander leaves and chillies.
  • Put a little more chilli powder if needed, 1 tsp of chicken masala and fry it with the chopped tomatoes. Fry till the oil separates.
  • Add the potatoes to it and fry it till it turn golden brown. Serve with rice or with Kerala porotta.
