  • 1.5 cups - Rice Flour
  • 1/2 cup - Methi Leaves, chopped
  • 1/4 cup each - Curry Leaves and Coriander Leaves, chopped
  • 1- Onion, medium sized, chopped finely
  • 1 - Carrot, grated
  • 2 - Green Chillies, chopped finely
  • Salt to taste.

How to Make Quick Rice Rotis

  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and add water and mix to get a dough which is slightly softer than that for chapattis.
  • Even if the water is slightly more its okay.
  • Now take a pan with handle, smear oil on it and take a round of the dough on the pan.
  • Pat it into a thin round shape with your palms using some water if necessary.
  • Now keep it on medium flame and cook, pour a tsp oil on the sides and cover with a plate.
  • After few mins, remove the plate and cook uncovered after turning the side.
  • Serve with coconut chutney. This type of roti is not only very tasty but also very nutritious.
