Ingredients

  • Toasts- 2
  • Sooji - 1/2 cup
  • Onion - 1 small, diced
  • Tomato - 1, diced
  • Coriander - a small bunch, finely chopped
  • Green Pepper - 2-3, finely cut
  • Cream (malai) - 1.5 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds- 1 tsp
  • Red pepper, salt, Garam Masala - to taste
  • Oil - 2 tbsp.

How to Make Quick Rock Toast

  • Combine all the vegetables, the spices and the cream in the sooji and make a thick paste.
  • Add water if require. Keep aside for 10 min.
  • Now take a toast put the batter on it.
  • Heat 1 tsp of oil in a griddle, and splutter the mustard seeds.
  • When the seeds start sputtering, put the bread, paste side, on it.
  • Now turn it around slowly, and cook the other side too.
  • Cut into triangles.
  • Serve hot.
