  • Toasts- 2
  • Sooji - 1/2 cup
  • Onion - 1 small, diced
  • Tomato - 1, diced
  • Coriander - a small bunch, finely chopped
  • Green Pepper - 2-3, finely cut
  • Cream (malai) - 1.5 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds- 1 tsp
  • Red pepper, salt, Garam Masala - to taste
  • Oil - 2 tbsp.
  • How to Make Quick Rock Toast:

    1. Combine all the vegetables, the spices and the cream in the sooji and make a thick paste.
    2. Add water if require. Keep aside for 10 min.
    3. Now take a toast put the batter on it.
    4. Heat 1 tsp of oil in a griddle, and splutter the mustard seeds.
    5. When the seeds start sputtering, put the bread, paste side, on it.
    6. Now turn it around slowly, and cook the other side too.
    7. Cut into triangles.
    8. Serve hot.
