Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup - Sabudana (sago), soak in warm water for 3 hours
  • 2 - Medium potatoes, boiled and mashed
  • 1 tbsp - Bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • 3 tbsp - Roasted peanuts
  • 2 - Green chillies, chopped fine
  • Coriander leaves- 1 small bunch, finely chopped
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Quick Sabudana Vada

  • Combine all the ingredients.
  • Make lime sized balls and flatten them a bit.
  • Deep fry in oil until brown.
  • Serve with coriander and mint chutney.
