  • semolina - 1.5 cup
  • grated Coconut - 1 cup
  • green chilies, chopped - 2
  • ginger, chopped - 1 tsp
  • Curd - 1 cup
  • oil - 2 tbsp
  • mustard - 1 tsp
  • curry leaves, chopped - a few
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Quick Semolina Adai:

    1. Mix together all the ingredients from semolina to salt.
    2. Add enough water to form a thick batter.
    3. Heat oil in a small fry pan, season with mustar and curry leaves.
    4. Add thuis to the batter.
    5. Heat a griddle and spread a ladleful of batter on it to ΒΌ cm thick round.
    6. Pour some oil all round and cook on mode heat till the underside is brown.
    7. Turn over the adai , pour some more oil and cook the other side.
    8. Serve hot with chutney.
