Ingredients

  • 100g - soya nuggets
  • 1 - onion
  • 1 - green chilli
  • 1/2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1 clove - garlic
  • 1/2 tsp - mustard seeds 1/4 tsp - saunf/fennel seeds Salt to taste
  • 3 tsp - oil

How to Make Quick soya sabzi

  • Boil water and drop the soya nuggets into it. Turn off flame and keep aside for 10 minutes.
  • Drain water and finely chop the nuggets. Finely chop onion, garlic and chilli.
  • Heat oil, temper mustard seeds and saunf.
  • Add onion, garlic and green chilli and fry for 3 minutes.
  • Add chopped nuggets, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander and cumin powders and salt and stir well till done.
